Climate-controlled storage protects stored items from heat, cold, and humidity, helping prevent damage such as warping, cracking, mold, and mildew. It keeps things from baking in the summer and freezing in the winter. Our facility manages humidity by keeping the air moving and minimizing extreme temperature swings.

Charges are automatically processed on the 1st of each month. You can choose to pay by credit card or ACH when you move in. After that, you can manage your account online through the tenant portal. If needed, you can visit the office or call for assistance.

We offer on-site RV and boat storage at the Poulsbo, WA, location. Our carports offer optional power outlets at an additional fee. Smaller vehicles or boats may fit in an enclosed storage unit. If you consider this an option, keep in mind these spaces have an 8-foot-wide door.

The occupant must maintain insurance on all property in the storage rental, with a coverage amount at least equal to the property’s value. The occupant must present proof of insurance to the owner before placing any items in the unit. Occupant agrees and acknowledges that failing to provide proof of insurance will result in automatic enrollment in the insurance available at Coppertop Storage.

Yes, our Poulsbo facility offers 15 Amp power option with select boat and RV carports.

We do not charge an admin fee or security deposit upon moving into our facility.

You will need to bring your own lock. We do sell locks in the office. We stock and sell the circle lock with 3 keys.

The storage space may not be used for residential purposes, for storing items that pose a health hazard, including perishable goods, or for housing live animals. The storage unit must not be used for any illegal activities or in violation of zoning laws, business licenses, or other regulatory requirements. The occupant may not conduct any business or commercial transactions within or around the rental. However, the incidental storage of goods, merchandise, or property related to an off-site business is allowed. The occupant is prohibited from storing jewelry, furs, antiques, artwork, heirlooms, collectibles, or any irreplaceable items that hold special or sentimental value. The occupant waives any claims related to emotional or sentimental attachment to the stored property.

We offer U-Haul rentals in our Poulsbo location. You can make a reservation by calling the office, stopping in, or making an online reservation.

Our facilities feature gated sites with code -access entry. We have security cameras galore monitoring the premises, all exterior units are equipped with door alarms, and some portions are live monitored after hours
